The other day I was contacted by an ailing mortgage broker who complains that the times are hard in its industry.

He feels the pain because it has plummeted, that the top performers on the sales team on the ground. Reeling from the roller coaster, he is desperate for a quick and proven way to maintain its equilibrium.
